The Marketing Department’s Videographer is responsible for video shoots and editing video footage. He/She is responsible for transporting and setting up equipment, shooting, directing during shoots, tearing down equipment after video shoots, editing, and creating final video/promo/film/product/etc. 

This position works alongside the Marketing Department’s Lead Videographer. He/She requires the utmost confidence and professionalism when meeting with different departments, preparing and filming for events and conferences, and delivering the final product. The videographer must be a strong creative, have skills in visualizing and shooting concepts effectively, and be a good communicator with both internal and external employees and leaders.


  • Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Working with Marketing Department team to create video product/campaign 
  • Knowing what equipment to use 
  • Cleaning and managing video storage, server and computer
  • Setting up and tearing down video equipment, backdrops, audio equipment, lighting and other props
  • Maintaining and organizing all department equipment 
  • Doing small repairs to equipment as needed 
  • Filming b-roll footage 
  • Filming interviews
  • Creating video promos 
  • Editing raw footage 
  • Inserting closed captions, graphics, lower thirds, subtitles and other on-screen text into video
  • Adding computer graphics and special effects to video
